Life Transitions

Life transitions can be enjoyable or stressful or both at the same time. It can be stressful because it is a new experience, and sometimes in new experiences we do not have the knowledge or skills to handle them on our own. Life transitions can be abrupt, or we plan for them, but sometimes we realize that whether there is preparation or not, we still struggle to navigate the new normal. Change can be hard. Many times, change allows us to develop and grow in ways we never imagined. Sometimes it can be helpful to share your concerns about the transition and gain assistance with developing a plan to help you learn skills to navigate the current transition and others to come.
